Do not add more blood. Do not touch the test strip until the result is
displayed.

You hear a beep tone when you
have applied enough blood (pro-
vided the beep tone is turned on).
The blood drop symbol dis-
appears and the test starts.
The meter now performs an auto-
matic quality control check on the
test strip. "QC" appears in the
display.
Following a successful outcome
of the quality control check, a tick
appears after "QC".
