3 Press the M button to change
the setting that is currently
flashing. You may press the
M button repeatedly (or
press it and hold it down)
until you have reached the
correct setting. Settings
where there are only two
options (time format, beep
tone) can be toggled on and
off with the M button.
4 Press the Set button again to
confirm the current setting
(which is saved to memory)
and move on to the next one.
