24 OIL RECOMMENDIATION FOR GARDNER DENVER SCREW
INDUSTRIAL COMPRESSORS
24.1 Recommended lubricant
Schneider Druckluft GmbH compressors have been tested and authorized to be used only with OEMIN-
Schraub lubricants. These lubricants are formulated according to the highest quality standards and are
factory authorized, tested and approved for use in rotary screw compressors. OEMIN-Schraub, OETSYN-
Schraub lubricants are available from your authorized Schneider Druckluft GmbH compressor distributor.
24.2 Oil specifications
The recommended compressor lubricants are:
- OEMIN-Schraub. Factory first fill.
- OETSYN-Schraub

24.3 General guidelines for oil change intervals (see controller manual for more
details)
The recommended oil change intervals are:

Specific OEMIN-Schraub, OETSYN-Schraub lubricants are recommended for use in this
equipment. Other lubricants may cause :
- shorter life span of oil filters, oil separators and oil
- varnishing and blockage of oil circuit
- higher oil consumption
- excessive carryover and compressor damage
Do not mix different types of oil.
Please Note! If a wrong oil type has been used or the oil circuit is varnished contact Schneider Druckluft
GmbH specialists for oil circuit cleaning instructions.
