DANGEROUS SITUATION
Description
The operator could fall due to presence of
water or dirt on the floor.
The operator intentionally touches parts
of the equipment.

Contact with live electrical parts during
maintenance operations carried out with
electrical control panel under voltage. The
operator intervenes (with an electric tool
or without disconnecting the machine's
power supply) while lying on a wet floor

grounding system or electrical protection

using unsuitable equipment to reach the
