Troubleshooting

Each time you stop the unit and/or take corrective action to eliminate a fault, make sure to
NOTE
reset the unit by pressing the ON/OFF (I/0) switch.

Corrective Action

Restore power supply
Replace fuse
Replace control PCB
Let metering unit cool down
Replace power transformer
Connect new supply container
Clean bottom valve of suction pipe
Replace suction pipe
Replace metering pump
Tighten hose clamps, replace hose, if
necessary open angled valve
Ensure that water flow pressure is >
0.16 MPa (1.6 bar)
Clean strainer, replace it, if necessary
Clean flow limiter, replace it, if
necessary
Replace axial face seal
Replace hydraulic motor
Replace coil
Clean solenoid valve, replace
defective parts
Clean valves, replace, if necessary
Clean bottom valve, replace, if
necessary
Clean strainers in valve and in fresh
water supply pipe, replace, if
necessary
Replace hydraulic motor
Replace suction pipe
Replace control PCB
