Setting the Concentration

Two concentration ranges can be set:
 Concentration range 1:
 Concentration range 2:
Ex works, the unit is set to a concentration of 0.5 %.
If you plan to use concentration range 2, the white eccentric must be replaced by the
NOTE
supplied blue eccentric. For this purpose, remove the knurled nut (see Fig. 6.1, pos. 3)
and the graduated dial (see Fig. 6.1, pos. 4).
ATTENTION
When setting the concentration, allow for a safety margin of + 10 %.
To set the nominal concentration, proceed as follows:
 Unscrew knurled nut (see pos. 3) from eccentric (see pos. 1) by approx. 5 mm.
 Pull graduated dial (see pos. 4) from indented part of eccentric and hold it in place.
 Preset the concentration: for this purpose, turn the eccentric so that the red mark aligns
with the desired concentration value on the graduated dial.
 Insert the graduated dial back into the indented part of the eccentric and tighten the
knurled nut.
 Check the concentration as described in chapter
Setting". If it deviates from the nominal value, repeat the setting procedure.
 Align the arrow of the red mark on the eccentric with the appropriate concentration value
on the graduated dial. For this purpose, loosen the locking screw on the eccentric.
