Gardol M125-85F has a gearbox of "inline" type with 3 forward
gears and 1 backward gear.
Brake/Clutch pedal
One pedal in the machine is used as a brake and clutch.
The brake and clutch are engaged by pressing down the
pedal entirely. The clutch pedal disengages the engine and
stops propulsion. The blade drive is not affected by the clutch
pedal.
The brake pedal activates a disc brake that is located on the
gearbox and stops the drive gear.
Parking brake
The parking brake is applied as follows:

1 Press down the parking brake pedal.
2 Press in the lock button on the steering column.
3 Release the parking brake pedal while keeping the button
pressed in.
The parking brake lock disengages automatically when the
brake pedal is pressed.

PRESENTATION
Throttle and choke controls
The throttle control regulates the engine speed, and thereby
also the rotation speed of the blades.
The control is also used to activate the choke. When the
choke is engaged a richer fuel and air mixture is fed to the
engine, which facilitates starting in the cold.

Cutting unit

The machines have cutting units with rear ejection, i.e.
clippings are thrown behind the cutting unit.
Lifting pedal for cutting deck
The lifting pedal is used to put the cutting deck in either the
transport or mowing positions.
If the pedal is pressed down, the cutting deck is raised to the
transport position.
The transport position is activated as follows:
1 Press down the lifting pedal for the cutting deck.
2 Press in the lock button on the steering column.
3 Release the lifting pedal while keeping the button pressed
in.
WARNING! Make sure that branches do not
obstruct the pedals when mowing under
bushes. Otherwise there is a risk you may
lose control.
