Adjustments
The boiler has already been adjusted by the manufacturer.
If the adjustments need to be made again, for example after extraordinary
maintenance, replacement of the gas valve, or conversion from methane
gas to LPG, observe the following procedures.
The adjustment of the maximum and minimum output, and of the
maximum and minimum electric heating, must be made in the
sequence indicated, and by qualified personnel only.
- Loosen the fixing screws of the upper cover
- Remove the casing by loosening the screws
- Loosen the screw fixing the instrument panel, then rotate the panel for-
wards
- On the command panel, press the " " key - with the cover closed - to
switch off the boiler.
During the parameter modification operations, the "operation mode" key acts
as an ENTER key, while the key acts as an ESCAPE key.
If no confirmation is given within 10 seconds, the value is not memorised
and the previous one is again indicated.
Setting the password
Press the operation mode key and the
seconds. The screen appears as in Fig.30.
Enter the password for accessing the CALIBRATION & SERVICE functions,
turning the domestic water temperature selector until the required value is
shown.
Confirm the input by pressing the ENTER key.
The password is inside the boiler instrument panel.
calibration phases
Turning the domestic water temperature selector, you will see the
CALIBRATION & SERVICE phases in sequence:
1
type of gas (do not modify this parameter)
2
boiler output (do not modify this parameter)
3
degree of insulation of the building (only visualised if an external
probe is connected)
10
domestic water mode
45
thermoregulation curve inclination (only visualised if an external
probe is connected)
47
2CH thermoregulation curve inclination (only visualised if an external
probe is connected)
HP
maximum fan speed (do not modify this parameter)
LP
minimum fan speed (do not modify this parameter)
SP
ignition speed (do not modify this parameter)
HH
boiler at maximum output
LL
boiler at minimum output
MM
fan switch-on speed (do not modify this parameter)
23
adjustment of the maximum heating electric
24
adjustment of the minimum heating electric (do not modify this
parameter)
Parameters 10 - HP - SP - LP - MM - 23 - 24 must only be modified
by professionally qualified personnel, and only if absolutely
necessary.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility if the parameters
are incorrectly set.
MAXIMUM fAN SPEEd (P. HP)
- Select parameter HP.
- Press the ENTER key, then modify the value of the parameter by turning
the domestic water temperature selector. The maximum fan speed is
linked to the type of gas and the boiler output - table 1.
- Turn the domestic water temperature selector to modify the set value.
- Confirm the new value by pressing ENTER.
The value is expressed on the display in rpm/100 (e.g. 3600 = 36).

MINIMUM fAN SPEEd (P. LP)
- Select parameter LP.
- Press the ENTER key, then modify the value of the parameter by turning
the domestic water temperature selector. The minimum fan speed is linked
to the type of gas and the boiler output - table 2.
- Turn the domestic water temperature selector to modify the set value.
- Confirm the new value by pressing ENTER.
The value is expressed on the display in rpm/100 (e.g. 3600 = 36).
The value set during this operation will automatically modify the maximum
value of parameter 24.

- Select parameter SP
- Press the ENTER key, then modify the value of the parameter by turning
the domestic water temperature selector. The standard slow switch-on
value is 3000 rpm.
- Confirm the new value by pressing ENTER.
AdJUSTING THE MAXIMUM OUTPUT (P. HH)
- Switch off the boiler.
- Select parameter HH and wait until the boiler ignites.
- Check the maximum CO
"combustion check") corresponds to the values shown in table 3.
If the CO
complies with the values in the table, move on to the next parameter
2
(LL - adjustment of the minimum). If it is different, modify the value by using
a screwdriver to turn the maximum output adjustment screw (H - Fig.49)
(clockwise to reduce the value) until the value shown in table 3 is indicated.
