PARAMETER 51 - TyPE Of HEAT REQUEST
Ambient thermostat priority (51 = 0).
The heat request is made by the closure of the ambient thermostat con-
tact, while the opening of the contact produces a switch-off. The delivery
temperature is automatically calculated by the boiler, although the user
may interact with the boiler. Using the interface to modify the HEATING,
you will not have the HEATING SET-POINT value available, but a value
that you can set as preferred between +5 and -5°C. The modification of this
value will not directly modify the delivery temperature, but will automati-
cally affect the calculation that determines the value of that temperature,
altering the reference temperature in the system (0 = 20°C).
Night-time reduction (51 = 1).
With the contact closed, the heat request is made by the delivery probe,
on the basis of the external temperature, to obtain a nominal ambient
temperature on DAY level (20°C). The opening of the contact does not
produce a switch-off, but a reduction (parallel translation) of the climatic
curve on NIGHT level (16°C). The delivery temperature is automatically
calculated by the boiler, although the user may interact with the boiler.
Using the interface to modify the HEATING, you will not have the HEAT-
ING SET-POINT value available, but a value that you can set as preferred
between +5 and -5°C.
The modification of this value will not directly modify the delivery tempera-
ture, but will automatically affect the calculation that determines the value
of that temperature, altering the reference temperature in the system (0
= 20°C for DAY level, and 16°C for NIGHT level).
AT+bT SySTEM
Via an accessory available upon request, the boiler is able to manage
one area in direct mode + one mixed, each with a specific thermoregu-
lation curve:
- OTC 1 CH (parameter 45) for the direct mode system
- OTC 2 CH (parameter 47) for the mixed mode system
In the case of a second circuit (2CH) too, the curve depends on the mini-
mum external temperature envisaged (and therefore on the geographical
location), and on the delivery temperature envisaged (and therefore on
the type of system). It is carefully calculated by the installer on the basis
of the following formula:
envisaged delivery temp. -20
P. 47 = 10 x
20- min. envisaged external temp.
Parameters 31 and 32 offer the possibility to define the maximum and
minimum heating set-points of the second circuit.
For the correction of the curve in this configuration, refer to the instruc-
tions supplied with the accessory.
