2 Installation

2.2.3 Parallelogram version:

•
In the parallelogram version, the round buff er (rubber stop) of the holder on the bracket must be removed.
•
In completely lowered condition, the underrun guard section is bolted onto the shaped plate of the swivel arms
using 2 hexagon bolts / nuts on each side. Min. bolt size M 12, max. M 16.
Tightening torque:
Bolts, nuts and the drilled shaped plate are not
supplied.
•
Fold the crossmember completely up, hook the
gas compression spring back in and secure with
locking nuts.
Mount the round buff er (rubber stop) in the
parallelogram version.
Lock the crossmember in the driving position.
M = 80 Nm (for M 12)
