Apply dishwashing liquid with a soft,
surfaces

use a little water for cleaning; no water

Pan supports
Remove carefully for cleaning. Let soak
in the sink. Clean with a dishwashing
brush and dishwashing liquid.
Clean carefully around the rubber buffer
so that it doesn't come loose.
Rinse with clear water and carefully dry it
before putting it back in place.
Don't wash in the dishwasher!
Burner lid,
Remove for cleaning. Clean in the sink
burner ring,
with a cloth and dishwashing liquid. You
burner head
can polish the burner ring and lid with
brass polish in order to attain their
original, metallic gleam.
Check that the openings on the burner
ring aren't plugged.
Don't wash in the dishwasher!
Control panel
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a bit of
dishwashing liquid; the cloth must not
become too wet. Dry off with a soft cloth.
Immediately eliminate acidic foods that
come in contact with the control panel
(e.g. vinegar, ketchup, mustard,
marinades, lemon juice).
In order to maintain the control panel,
you can obtain suitable care oil (order
number 311135) from your specialist
dealer or from our online shop. Apply the
care oil evenly to the control panel using
a soft dishtowel.
Control knob
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a bit of
dishwashing liquid; the cloth must not
become too wet.

Burned-on grime

For stubborn, burned-on grime, you can order a grille
cleaner gel from your specialist shop or our customer
service (order number 463582). It is suitable for pan
supports, burner parts and the stainless steel
stovetop. Leave on overnight if necessary. Bear in
mind the notes on the cleaner.

Do not use these cleaning agents

Caustic or corrosive cleaners
Acidic cleaners (e.g. vinegar, citric acid, etc.)
Cleaners containing chlorine or large proportions
of alcohol
Baking oven spray
Hard, scratchy dish-washing sponges, brushes or
scourers
Thoroughly wash out new sponge cloths before
using them.
