UP06 - PUMPS AUTO-TEST (drainage mode)
It defines the time for the automatic pump test.
Available: NO (default) 24h / 48h / 72h ... 168h.
UP07 - PUMPS STOP LEVEL (drainage mode)
Works only with a level sensor.
It defines the minimum level of the liquid in the tank it
is necessary to stop the pump.
UP08 - START LEVEL PUMP 1-2-3 (drainage mode)
Works only with a level sensor.
It defines the level of the liquid in the tank it is
necessary to run the pump.
UP09 - MAX LEVEL (drainage mode)
Works only with a level sensor.
It defines the maximum level of the liquid in the tank it
is necessary to enable the alarm.
UP10 - AIR ALARM TIME (pressure mode)
A time must be input between 0 (exclude alarm) and
20 seconds.
When the pump working time is greater than the set
time, the function is considered normal.
When the pump working time reduces and becomes
less than the set time (due to a reduced air cushion in
the tank), after three starts the control unit stops the
pump due to lack of air cushion in the tank and sends
the message NO AIR IN THE TANK ( patented system).
Install a tank of sufficient capacity to prevent the
pump performing an excessive number of ignitions.
Remember that the 4" (100 mm diameter) submerged
pumps are dimensioned for around 20 ignitions per
hour.
Available: NO (default) 1s/2s/...20s.
UP11 - MINIMUM RUN TIME (pressure mode)
Works only with timed operation (AP 08).
It defines the minimum run time of the pump in event
of plant pressure drop.
Available: 10s/20s/30s...360s.
UP12 - STOP DELAY TIME (pressure mode)
Set the stop delay time.
Available: NO (default) 1s/2s/...30s.
UP13 - NO WATER DELAY (pressure mode)
Restarting delay after a stop due to no water.
In this parameter you can enter a time (from 0 to 15
minutes) to delay the pump starting after a stop due
to no water.
When you enter zero, the pump restarts immediately,
when there is the signal of water presence (signal from
float switch).
By inserting a delay, the pump starts at the end of the
programmed time (operation with a sensor level).
Available: NO (default) 20s/40s/60s/...900s
UP14 - NO WATER BUZZER (pressure mode)
If YES is selected (default), the alarm is
activated in case of no-water.
UP15 - PRESSIONE START (pressurizzazione)
Definisce la pressione di partenza della pompa.
UP16 - PRESSIONE STOP (pressurizzazione)
Definisce la pressione di arresto della pompa.
UP17 - MINIMUM
(pressurizzazione)
Operation by means of the pressure transducer.
It defines the alarm for minimum pressure to stop the
pump.

ALARM
PRESSURE
UP18 - WORKING PUMPS (pressurizzazione)
Operation by means of the pressure transducer.
It defines the working pumps.
7.4. Inversion of the direction of rotation
(three-phase motor)
Submersible and drainage pumps.
Before installation, momentarily start the motor to
check through the suction opening that the rotation
of the impeller is as shown by the arrow on the pump.
Otherwise disconnect electrical power and reverse the
connections of two phases in the control box.
Operation with wrong direction of rotation will
cause vibration and loss of delivery capacity.
When in doubt, take the pump out of the water and
check rotation of the impeller by sight.
Submersible pumps.
For this purpose, with the gate valve at halfopen
aperture position, check the pressure (with the
pressure gauge) or flow rate (sight check) after starting.
Switch off power, reverse the connections of two
phases on the control panel, re-start and check the
pressure or flow rate capacity again.
The correct direction of rotation will provide a
considerably greater and easily distinguishable
pressure and delivery capacity.
Surface pump.
When starting, with a three-phase motor, check that
the direction of rotation is as shown by the arrows on
the lantern bracket: clockwise when viewing the motor
from the fan end. Otherwise, disconnect electrical
power and reverse the connections of two phases.
7.5. Drainage mode operation
For the float switches connection refer to paragraph
6.4.3.
1 Pump
Operating with 1 float switch plus one float switch
for alarm
Float switch G1 starts up and stops the pump.
Float switch GMAX, with a higher intervention level
than float switch G1, acts as a high-level alarm and
starts up pump if float switch G1 is faulty.
Operating with 2 float switches plus one float
switch for alarm
Float switch G1 starts up the pump.
Float switch GMIN, with a lower intervention level
stops pump.
Float switch GMAX, with a higher intervention level
than float switch G1, acts as a high-level alarm and
starts up pump if float switch G1 is faulty.
2 Pumps
Operating with 2 float switchesplus one float
switch for alarm
Float switch G1 starts up the pump.
Float switch G2, with a higher starting-up level, starts
up the second pump.
Float switch GMAX, with a higher intervention level
than float switch G2, acts as a high-level alarm and
starts up both pumps if float switches G1 and G2 are
faulty.
