to/from the cabinet.
Prevent the casing from making contact with the electrical panel to avoid
electrical shocks that can cause injuries or death.
Check that the connections of the various lighting devices (floors, roof,
superstructure) are properly inserted and locked into their respective sockets,
so as to prevent disconnections during cleaning and maintenance operations
that may cause electrical shocks harmful to the operator.
The automatic magneto-thermal switch must be such that it does not open the circuit
on the neutral, without simultaneously opening on the phases and, at any rate, the
distance between the opening of the contacts must be at leat 3 mm.

13. Position of the probes (Rif. 19) - specialized technician -

The probes are already assembled in the cabinet and are:
Sout Green air inlet control probe
Sdef Black defrost end thermal switch control probe
Sin
Yellow suction air control probe
Temperature probe: NTC IP67 .
The Sin-Sout probes must be blocked with Betterman 6-17 code 04355001
terminals and must not be insulated.
The Sdef probe must be fixed in contact with the aluminium fins using the bulb
holder stainless steel spring code 02230134.
14. Start, control, and adjustment of the temperature
- specialized technician -
The refrigeration temperature is controlled using the mechanical thermometer ((Rif.
10)) or with the electronic control device (available on request).
Normally, the controller is programmed in the factory during the testing phase; in case
the programmed setting is changed, refer to the instructions provided by the
manufacturer of the controller.

arrange the goods in an orderly and uniform fashion (Rif. 18).
Arrangement of the goods without empty spots ensure better operation of the
cabinet.
distribute the goods so as not to disturb flow of the refrigerated air (Rif. 18)
The refrigerated cabinet is meant to preserve the temperature of the product
displayed and not to lower it. The food products must be introduced into the
cabinet only if already cooled down to their respective preservation
temperatures.
DO NOT introduce products that have been heated..
DO NOT obstruct the refrigerated air entry in an way (merchandise, price
labels, price holders, etc.)
The maximum admissible load uniformly distributed on the top shelf is 15 kg/m
First use up the goods that have been stored in the unit the longest before
adding new arrivals (food stock rotation);

16.Defrosting and water drainage (Rif. 17)

The Baden line of refrigeration units is provided with a simple-stop defrost system by
stopping the refrigeration cycle.
When the cabinet is defrosting, the temperature of the product on display will rise,
however, not above the limits established by law; when the defrosting cycle is over, the
system will rapidly return to its normal operating temperature.
