 Slide the cover back onto the battery compartment.
8.3. Charging the handset's rechargeable
batteries in the base station
 Place the handset in the charging cradle of the base station. A beep
indicates that the handset has been correctly placed in the cradle. The
animated battery charging symbol shows the charging process on the
handset display.
NOTE!
The charging time is approx. 16 hours.
Do not interrupt the charging process, otherwise the capacity of
the batteries could be permanently reduced.
NOTE!
The handset can be left permanently in the charging station. This
ensures maximum charging.
Fully charged batteries will last for 10 hours of calls or 100 hours
of standby operation. The batteries will then have to be recharged
after that time.
When the battery level is low, the empty battery symbol will appear
on the display and an acoustic warning signal will sound.
