Other settings in the telephone menu
 BATTERY TONE: Select the warning tone for weak batteries.
 OUT OF RANGE: Select the warning tone for when you exit the
transmission range of the base station.
16.2.3. Language
Set the desired language here.
 Confirm LANGUAGE with OK.
Select the languages DEUTSCH, ENGLISH, NEDERLANDS,
FRANÇAIS (for Belgium/Netherlands) or DEUTSCH, ENGLISH,
TÜRKÇE (for Germany/Austria/UK).

16.2.4. Handset name

Set the name of the handset here.
 Confirm RENAME HS with OK.
 Now enter the desired name with the number keys and press OK again.
NOTE!
The supplied handset has already been registered in the factory
under the name "Medion 1".
16.2.5. Display
Here you can set whether the name or the time is displayed.
 Confirm the HS-DISPLAY with OK.
 HS-NAME: Select this option in order to display the name of the
handset.
 TIME: Select this option in order to display the time.
16.2.6. Automatic call answering
You can activate the automatic call answering function here.
 Confirm AUTO-ANSW with OK.
 Switch the automatic call answering function on or off.
16.2.7. Alarm function
You can activate the alarm function here.
 Confirm ALARM with OK.
 Use the  keys to select ON or OFF.
 Select the option ON to switch on the alarm and confirm your selection
with OK.
The alarm time is displayed.
