Description
High pressure (HP)
Low pressure (LP)

0.6MPa) happened 3 times in 1 hour
Possible cause
Heating mode, DHW mode.
The water flow is low; water temp is high, whether there is
air in the water system. Release the air.
Water pressure is lower than 0.1Mpa, charge the water to
let the pressure in the range of 0.15~0.2Mpa.
Excessive coolant load. Recharge the refrigerant in right
volume.
Electrical expansion valve locked or winding connector is
loosening.
Tap-tap the valve body and plug in/ plug off the connector
for several times to make sure the valve is working
correctly. And install the winding in the right location
DHW mode:
Water tank heat exchanger is smaller than the required

1.7m (10-16kW unit)or 1.4m (5-7kW unit)
Cooling mode
Energy exchanger coil dirty or obstructed.
Heat exchanger is dirty or something is block on the
surface.
Clean the heat exchanger or remove the obstruction.
Insufficient coolant load. Charge refrigerant in right volume.
When at heating mode or heat water mode, heat exchanger
is dirty or something is block on the surface. Clean the heat
exchanger or remove the obstruction.
The water flow is low in cooling mode.
Electrical expansion valve locked or winding connector
loosens.
Tap-tap the valve body and plug in/ plug off the connector
for several times to make sure the valve is working
correctly.
And install the winding in the right location
The same reason to F1/P1.
Insufficient coolant load. Charge refrigerant in right volume.
Twout temp sensor connector loosens. Reconnect it.
T1 temp sensor connector loosens. Reconnect it.
T5 temp sensor connector loosens. Reconnect it.
The outside ambient Temp. is too high (higher than 30°C,
the unit still operate heat mode. Close the heat mode when
the ambient Temp. is higher than 30°C
Check gas charge
