6.1.1 Godet standard / pour
matières légères
Montage
(1) Placer la flèche porte-godet
dans sa position la plus basse et
incliner le dispositif de changement
rapide.
(2) Approcher la machine en
direction du godet (6-1).
(3) Prendre le godet au moyen du
dispositif de changement rapide et
incliner celui-ci en même temps
jusqu'à ce qu'il repose au sol (6-2).
(4) Verrouiller le godet au moyen
du levier pour l'hydraulique
accessoire (4-10/8).
(5) Contrôler les accrochages et
les verrouillages à gauche et à
droite.
DANGER
Les deux boulons de serrage du dispo-
sitif de changement rapide doivent se
trouver des deux côtés dans les trous
de prise du support d'accrochage du
godet et être distinctement reconnais-
sables (6-3/flèche).
(6) Fermer le transmetteur de
soupape (4-10/8) pour l´hydraulique
accessoire en actionnant la vanne
de blocage à boisseau sphérique
(1-2) (position horizontale). De cette
manière, tout déverrouillage invo-
lontaire du godet est évité.

6.1 Mounting and dismounting
the attachments without
hydraulic connections
6.1.1 Standard/lightweight
bucket
Mounting
(1) Bring the bucket to its lowest
position and tip the quick-change
device.
(2) Drive the loader up to the
bucket (6-1).
(3) Pick up the bucket using the
quick-change device and, by simul-
taneously tilting the quick-change
device, raise the bucket until the
quick-change device is next to it (6-2).
(4) Lock the bucket by using the
hand lever of the additional hydrau-
lic system (4-10/8).
(5) Check the connection and the
lock on both sides.
DANGER
Both bolts of the quick-change de-
vice must fit in the boreholes of the
bucket support and must be clearly
visible (6-3/arrow).
(6) Close the pilot valve for the
auxiliary hydraulics (4-10/8) by
actuating the ball block valve (1-2)
(horizontal position). This prevents
the bucket from being unlocked
inadvertently.
