(7) Amarrer la pelle frontale au go-
det avec deux tendeurs (5-7/flèche
et 5-8/flèche).
(8) Relever le godet contenant la
pelle frontale (voir section 6.1.1
resp. 6.2.1) et l'incliner jusqu'à ce
que le levier d'inclinaison ne tou-
che plus (5-9/flèche).
(9) Abaisser la flèche porte-godet
jusqu'à ce que son point le plus
bas, respectivement le point le plus
bas du godet, se trouve au moins à
30 cm du sol (5-3).
(10) Fermer les deux robinets à
boisseau sphérique (1-2/flèche).
ATTENTION
Les leviers des robinets à boisseau
sphérique en position fermée sont
obliques par rapport à la direction
d'écoulement. Un abaissement de
la flèche porte-godet et un déver-
sement du godet par inadvertance
ne sont pas possibles.
(11) Verrouiller le mécanisme de
pivotement en positionnant la cale
(1-3/flèche) dans le dispositif de
blocage (1-4/flèche).
(12) L'arête coupante du godet et
les dents doivent être recouvertes
par la protection du godet (5-3/
flèche).
(13) Introduire le connecteur de la
protection du godet dans la prise
(5-4/flèche).
(14) Vérifier l'éclairage.
(15) Fermer les deux portes.

(7) Use two turnbuckles to fasten
the front excavator in the bucket
(5-7/arrow and 5-8/arrow).
(8) Lift the bucket with the se-
cured front excavator (see chapter
6.1.1 or 6.2.1). Tilt it until the exca-
vator almost touches the shift lever
of the loader (5-9/arrow).
(9) Lower the bucket arm until the
lowest point of the bucket arm or
the bucket is at least 30 cm above
the road (5-3).
(10) Close both ball block valves
(1-2/arrows).
CAUTION
When closed, the hand levers for
the ball block valves are perpen-
dicular to the direction of flow. This
prevents the bucket arm from
being lowered and the bucket from
tipping while driving.
(11) Block the swivel mechanism
by inserting block wedges (1-3/
arrow) in the swivel mechanism lock
(1-4/arrow).
(12) Cover the bucket cutting edge
and teeth with the bucket protector
(5-3/arrow).
(13) Insert the plug of the edge
protector into the socket (5-4/arrow).
(14) Check that the lighting system
functions correctly.
(15) Close both doors.
