must remain).
WARNING
Do not wait for the outer flanges of the track guides
to be completely destroyed by the abrasion because
in this case, the track guide roller could come into
contact with the frame until it is cut (no maintenance
not covered by the warranty).
The frequency of this check depends on the type of soil
on which the machine operates. Abrasive soils or tho-
se with strong lateral stress on the tracks (large holes
and / or steep slopes) can wear down these bushes
beforehand, which remain parts subject to wear.
Clamping:
Track caps and their rigidity cause more vibration
than vehicles with tires.
It is therefore advisable to check the tightening of the
screws frequently (after each week of use).
Machine cleaning:
The machine is equipped with a special toothed belt
that drives both the hydraulic pumps and the PTO
socket.
Since it is impossible to completely seal the inside of
the machine, it is strongly recommended to remove
the two plates under the machine to eliminate any
earth that settles inside, during use, after each month
of use (or more frequently at depending on the type
of land).
This cleaning will preserve the integrity of the PTO
belts since any stone could stand between the pulleys
and the belts thus causing breakage.
Treat the ends of the cable and the PTO engagement
spring as well as the control lever bases with a WD40
type lubricant.
The two V-belts on the PTO socket also act as a
torque limiter so as not to damage the main toothed
belt even in the event of the accidental locking of the
universal joint.
The versions (in Fig. 6/B and 6/C) are equipped with a
torque limiter on the universal joint, which considera-
bly reduces the risk of blockage that affects the belts.

5.4 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

The extraordinary maintenance operations are not
covered in this manual: they must still be carried
out by the manufacturer or by qualified personnel
authorized by it.
MAIN DRIVING TOOTHED BELT: correction of the
belt tensioning of the main transmission toothed
belt is considered routine maintenance as well as its
replacement. For this activity, only contact a quali-
fied authorized service center, because if not done
properly, other components of the machine could
damage and consequently invalidate the warranty.

5.5 REST

If there will be a long period of inactivity of the ma-
chine, you must:
- Perform a thorough cleaning of the whole machine
from any dirt.
- Disconnect the battery from the respective electrical
wires.
- Check the correct tightening of the screws.
- Check and replace damaged or worn parts.
- Wipe any damaged or abraded areas with a coat of
rust inhibitor.
- Lubricate/grease all parts subject to wear.
- Cover the machine with a cloth, and put it under
cover place, protected from the weather, frost and
moisture.

5.6 DISMANTLING THE MACHINE

If you decide to dismantle the machine, you must
proceed to the separation of its components into
homogeneous parts that will individually be disposed
of in accordance with local regulations concerning
waste disposal.
Dispose of exhausted lubricants and various deter-
gents in special authorized collection facilities.
For the disposal of the various components, refer
exclusively to legally authorized facilities that can
issue a receipt to disposal.

5.7 SPARE PARTS

The spare parts of the motor must be requested
directly to the engine manufacturer or its dealer. To
request for the machine spare parts, contact your
dealer for the manufacturer area.
Finally, note that the manufacturer is always available
for any need of assistance and/or spare parts.
