Duration of the manufacturer's warranty
Our sliding gate operators are carefully controlled quality products.
Should there be any complaints, we will provide a one-year warranty for
all parts. The warranty period is not extended by making a claim under
the warranty.
Requirements
The goods must have been purchased through the distribution channel
specified by us.
The proof of purchase is considered proof of your warranty claim.
Services
This warranty covers all defects that are demonstrably due to material or
manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the repair of such defects at
the manufacturer's works. Replaced parts become our property. Further
claims do not exist. The warranty shall expire in the event of damage and
malfunctions caused by:
x non-observance of the installation and operating instructions
x improper installation and connection of the actuator
x improper commissioning and operation
x mechanical damage due to falling, impact or accident
x negligent or wilful destruction
x marten, rodent and insect damage, as well as damage caused by
other wild and/or domestic animals
x normal wear and tear
x lack of maintenance
x repair by unqualified persons
x use of parts of foreign origin
x external influences such as fire, water and abnormal environmental
conditions
x obliteration or removal of the type plate
