The BELFOX sliding gate operator ULTRA VA / 500i / 800 / 800i is a complete
assembly unit and consists of the stable console made of VA sheet metal with
ready installed gear motor and integrated control. The operator is unlocked in
case of a power failure by simply turning the unlocking lever and the door can
be moved again by hand. The operator is protected against weather by a plastic
cover (standard Ultra VA) or optionally by a stainless steel cover (standard Ultra
800 and 800i). The operator is pre-assembled ready to plug in and can be put
into operation and adjusted after plugging into a socket.
With the Ultra VA and Ultra 800 drives, the end position of the door travel is
switched off via magnetic limit switches, which switch off the door travel
contactlessly by means of the magnets to be attached to the gear rack.
With the Ultra 500i and Ultra 800i, the door travel is switched off at the end of
its travel by direction-detecting Hall sensors in the motor.
