SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAZARD AVOIDANCE
x Before carrying out any work, disconnect the gate system from the
power supply and secure the gate system against unauthorized restart-
ing.
x If possible, have the emergency stop command transmitter ready to
trigger an immediate stop in the event of an unexpected gate move-
ment.

Place operating elements at a sufficient height and/or keep them out of
reach of unauthorized persons.
All cleaning, maintenance and repair work must be carried out by qualified per-
sonnel. To ensure the performance and operational reliability of the system,
the necessary maintenance work must be carried out by qualified personnel at
regular intervals in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In particular, regular inspection of the safety devices must be ensured. For ope-
rators of the gate system, it is recommended to perform a visual inspection of
all safety functions on a monthly basis.
All installation, maintenance and repair work must be documented in writing in
an inspection logbook.
