2. INSTALLATION

2.1 Unpacking

Remove the product from the packaging and verify that the following components have been
included.
• Balance
• Sub-platform
• Platform
• AC Adapter
• In use cover
Save the packaging to ensure safe transport of the product.

2.2 Installing Components

Remove the cone cover from the top of the balance and store it for future use.
Refer to the illustrations below and install the appropriate components.

2.3 Selecting the Location

Locate the balance on a firm, steady surface. Avoid locations with excessive air current, vibrations,
heat sources, or rapid temperature changes.
Level the balance by adjusting the leveling feet so the bubble is
centered in the circle.
