Inbetriebnahme
1. Anbau an die
Dreipunkthydraulik des Schleppers
auf nicht tragfähigem, unsicherem
Untergrund grundsätzlich nur im
ausgeklappten Zustand des
Gerätes.
2. Hydraulikleitung des Zetters
mittels Schnellkupplung sowie
Elektrostecker am Schlepper
anschließen.
3. Einklappen der
Maschinenausleger.
Achtung: Vor jedem Einklappen
immer zuerst Zapfwelle
ausschalten!
Durch Ziehen des Seiles (vom
Absperrventil) wird der
Hydrauliköldurchfluß zu den
Hubzylindern geöffnet. Seil
gespannt halten und gleichzeitig
Steuerventil der
Schlepperhydraulik auf HEBEN
stellen.
Die Ausleger werden hydraulisch
eingeklappt und automatisch
durch Sperrhaken für den
Straßentransport gesichert.
Achtung: eine selbsttätige
Seilspannung zum Absperrventil
muß vermieden werden. Seilende
nicht am Schlepper befestigen.
4. Ausklappen der
Maschinenausleger
Seil ziehen und gespannt halten,
gleichzeitig Steuerventil der
Schlepperhydraulik langsam auf
SENKEN stellen. Durch Ziehen
des Seiles werden gleichzeitig die
Sperrhaken für
Straßentransportsicherung
freigegeben und der Durchfluß für
das Hydrauliköl zu den
Hubzylindern geöffnet.

Setting to work

1. When coupling the machine to
the tractor three-point linkage on a
soft ground, the implement must
before be swung out to operational
configuration as a rule.
2. Connect the hydraulic piping of
the tedder to the tractor quick-
action coupling. Couple the electro-
plug of the tedder to the tractor.
3. Raising the lateral machine
elements.
Caution! Before reaising the
lateral rotors to transport position
always switch off the tractor p.t.o.!
Pull the rope of the stop vave to
allow the oil to flow to the lift rams.
Holding the rope taut set the lever
of the tractor control valve to
RAISING. The outer rotors are
then hydraulically raised and
automatically secured in the
transport configuration by means
of safety hooks.
Caution! Prevent any involuntary
tensioning of the rope which acts
on the stop valve. Do not attach
the rope end to the tractor!
4. Swinging jib arms out
Pull the rope and keep it taut while
setting the control lever of the
tractor hydraulics to LOWERING.
As soon as the rope is pulled the
latches of the transport safety
equipment are unlocked so that
the hydraulic oil can flow to the
lifting rams.

Réglages
Mise en service
1. Le montage au 3-points doit se
faire en position dépliée, lorsque le
sol n'est pas stable.
2. Brancher la prise d'huile sur le
circuit hydraulique du tracteur.
Relier le fiche électrique à le
tracteur.
3. Règlage des toupies.
Attention: Avant chaque
manoeuvre de repliage debrayer la
prise de mouvement.
Par une traction sur le cordeau (du
distributeur de sécurité) l'huile est
envoyées sur les vérins. Maintenir
la corde tendue et le distributeur
du tracteur sur position LEVER.
Les toupies sont repliées par les
vérins hydrauliques et sont
verouillées automatiquement par
le crochet de sécurité en vue du
transport sur route.
Attention: Une tension involontaire
doit être évitée le cordeau ne doit
pas être fixé sur le tracteur.
4. Déploiement des bras-leviers
Tirer sur la corde, la maintenir
tendue et en même temps placer
la menette de commande du
relevage du tracteur sur
DESCENTE.
Aussitôt qu'on tire sur la corde, les
verrous de la sécurité pour
transport sont dégagés de façon
que l'huile hydraulique peut
circuler librement vers les vérins
de levage.
