POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING
7) Signalling: STOP T/ SCREW 1:(Auger 1 turns when it should be still)
Problem: probable motor control triac malfunction/wiring connection error.
8) Signalling: STOP G/SCREW 1
Problem: intervenes when the gear motor 1 is blocked or malfunctioning
Actions: • Check the wiring of the gear motor 1 or else replace it (DEALER).
9) Signalling: STOP G/SCREW 2
Problem: intervenes when the gear motor 2 is blocked or malfunctioning
Actions: • Check the wiring of the gear motor 2 or else replace it (DEALER)
10) Signalling: WARMING LOADER 2:
Problem: The sensor connected to feed screw 2 detects overheating of the pellet-loading circuit.
Actions: • Call DEALER.
11) Signalling: No Link/NTC CO.2:
Problem: Auger temperature sensor 2 malfunctioning or disconnected.
Actions: • Call DEALER.
12) Signalling: Check button
Problem: signals an anomaly on the emergency button
Actions: • check maintenance status of the button and its board connection cable.
13) Signalling: "Battery check"
Problem: The fireplace does not stop but the error appears on the display.
Actions: • The buffer battery of the control board needs changing (DEALER).
14) Problem: Remote control not working
Actions: • closer to the receiver of the fireplace
• check the battery and if necessary, replace it.
15) Problem: Outlet air not hot
Actions: • clean heat exchanger from inside the firebox.
NOTA 1
All signals/warnings remain shown until you intervene on the remote control, by pressing the button
Do not use the fireplace before having eliminated the problem.
It is important to tell the Dealer exactly what the panel signals.
NOTA 2
After 1000 kg of pellets consumed, the display flashes the wording 'Mainten.'.
The fireplace works, but you must call the Dealer out to perform extraordinary maintenance.
NOTA 3
If due to the quality of pellets or particularly critical installation, the fireplace becomes clogged earlier, the mes-
sage "CALL SERVICE" will appear. Proceed as per "Mainten." instructions.
N.B.:
The combustion chambers and smoke ducts connected to the solid fuel appliances must be cleaned once a year (check
if your country has specific legislation covering this).
Failure to regularly check and clean increases the likelihood of a fire in the chimney pot.
In that case, proceed as follows: do not shutdown with water; empty the pellet tank;
contact specialised staff before restarting the machine.
