Thermostatic Mode allows the user to set a desired temperature, and the cookware will communicate
its actual temperature back to the knob via Bluetooth

regulate the heating to maintain the set temperature in the pan. This can be particularly useful for
cooking certain foods which need to maintain a specific temperature (such as melting chocolate).
Thermostatic Mode will only work with Hestan Cue cookware.
