pH parameters

pH8+DHS, pH80+DHS, PC8+DHS, PC80+DHS
On this series of devices, you can use pH sensors with integrated temperature probe or connect two
different sensors. The pH electrode uses a BNC connector while the temperature probe uses a RCA/CINCH
connector. The instrument is also able to recognize DHS sensor, an innovative electrode capable of storing
the calibration data and then being immediately used on any enabled instrument.

The table below shows the structure of the setup menu for the pH parameter, for each program you can
find the options that the user can choose and the default value.

Access this setup menu to choose the family buffer for calibrating the electrode.

• The 80+ Series device allows the pH calibration to be performed from 1 to 5 points, while 8+Series can
perform calibrations from 1 to 3 points.

The instrument automatically recognizes 3 buffers family (USA, NIST and DIN*) in addition, the user

has the possibility to calibrate manually up to 5 points with customizable values (2 points for 8+ Series).

In measurement mode at the bottom left of display a set of
becker indicates the tampons with which the last calibration was
made both automatically and manually. Inside the becker the
number represents the exact value of the buffer, and for a quick and intuitive understanding a color scale
has been inserted.
