Tips for removing stubborn stains

Apply recommended stain-treatment product over the stain.
Always check the labels instructions to avoid damaging your clothes.
Blood: Rinse with cold water. Soak with detergent for 30 minutes and scrub slightly.
Finally wash in normal cycle and dry. It is recommendable to dry in the sun.
Tomato and fat meal: Let stand for 10 min. Then, with a dull knife, remove carefully all the possible dried
out stain. Soak for 30 minutes with a little of detergent and wash the clothes in normal cycle.
Deodorant: Rub with white vinegar. Rinse with cold water. Let stand and wash it on normal cycle.
Dirt socks /collars and cuffs /dingy shirt: Soak with detergent for 30 minutes and wash it with hot or
warm water. If the stain persist, use bleach and wash it again in normal cycle.

Care and cleaning of the washer.

Wash Basket: Leave the lid open after washing to
allow moisture to evaporate. If you w a nt to clean
the basket, use a clean, soft cloth dampened with
liquid detergent; then rinse. (Do not use harsh or
gritty cleaners.)
Fill Hoses: GE recommends changing the hoses
every 5 years.
Exterior: Immediately wipe off any spills. Wipe
with damp cloth. Try not to hit surface with
sharp objects.
Interior: The occasional use of a cycle that contains
bleach will keep the inside of the washer clean.
Top and lid: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. DO NOT
USE ANY ABRASIVES AS YOU WILL DAMAGE THE SURFACES.
Moving and Storage: Ask the service technician
to remove water from drain pump and hoses.
