WARNING
Every time a replacement involving gas input parts is
made, recheck all functions and test for leakage.
HOW TO REPLACE COMPONENTS
(SPARE PARTS)
USE ONLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER. The parts must be replaced solely by
authorised personnel!
To replace the following pieces, firstly remove the control
knobs and the control panel (after having loosened the
fixing screws) as well as any other necessary panel.
Cock with safety valve for open flame (Fig. 2)
Loosen the gas pipe and thermocouple fitting, loosen
the fitting which fixes the cock to the pipe and replace
the piece.
Thermocouple (gas rings)
Loosen the nuts fixing the thermocouple to the valve and
the burner and replace the piece.
Gas oven thermostat (Fig. 3)
Loosen the nuts of the gas ducts and of the thermocouple,
remove the thermostat bulb from the supporting clips
located inside the oven chamber and replace with the
new cock.
Main burner (gas oven - Fig. 3)
Loosen the fixing screw (D) of the main burner and replace
the burner.
Oven thermocouple
Remove the floor, unscrew the nut on the tap and the
burner and replace the thermocouple.
Resistances (electric oven)
Disconnect the appliance from the mains!
The heating element of the FE1 fan oven is located behind
the back panel of the oven chamber.
To remove the resistance, loosen the screws fixing them
to the relative flange, pull the resistances and relative
leads forwards.
Disconnect the leads using a screwdriver and fit a new
resistance following the above sequence in reverse order.

USING THE APPLIANCE

START-UP
Warning:
- This appliance cannot be used by people (including
children) with impaired skills or without experience
and knowledge unless under the supervision of a
person responsible for their safety who provides precise
instructions about the use of the unit. Children must be
supervised to make sure that they don't play with the
unit. Only for professional use.
- Do not open the oven door if the cooking chamber is
hot.
- Use pots suitable to the diameter and power of the
burner.
Turning a gas-ring burner without pilot on and off
(Fig. 2)
Turn the knob to the maximum position. Use a match or
other suitable means to turn on the burner.
For the POWER version with ignition, press and rotate the
knob and keep it pressed until it ignites automatically
without using other flames.
Keep the knob pressed until the thermocouple heats up
and is capable of keeping the flame alive.
To turn the burner off, turn the knob to the right.
The flame can be adjusted:
to the main flow
(big flame)
to the shortest flow
(small flame)
Turning the open burner with pilot flame on and off
(Fig.8)
Turn the knob to
position and light the pilot burner by
using a match or other suitable means.
Keep the knob pressed till the thermocouple is heated and
the pilot flame is lit.
Turn the knob to the maximum and minimum position in
order to light the main burner of the corresponding ring.
To turn off the burner, turn the knob to the right until the
position.
To turn off the pilot flame, turn the knob to the "O"
position.
Turn-on and turn-off of gas oven without pilot flame –
(FG1 Oven) (Fig. 3)
Turn-on: open the oven door, press and turn the knob to
position 7 and, while keeping it pressed, use a flame to
turn-on the oven at position M.
For the POWER version with ignition, press and rotate the
knob and keep it pressed until it ignites automatically
without using other flames.
Keep the knob pressed down for about 20-30" after
ignition, so that the safety device activates. Now adjust
the thermostat setting to the one most suitable for the
chosen cooking method.
Turn-on and turn-off of gas oven with pilot flame –
(FG Oven and Tuttoforno T) (Fig. 5)
Turn-on: open the oven door, press the knob and turn it to
position
and, while keeping it pressed, use a match to
turn on the pilot flame.
For the POWER version with ignition, press and rotate the
knob and keep it pressed until it ignites automatically
without using other flames.
