8.2 Side panel cooling unit

4) Fasten the cooling unit from the inside of the switch cabinet using the supplied hexa-
gon head screws M6.
5) Install the condensate drainage hose which must be inclined downward and ensure
free drainage!
6) Connect the cooling unit to power supply (see section 8.4).
CAUTION:
When mounting the cooling unit to a switch cabinet door ensure that the hinges are suita-
ble for additional weight (see ID plate); the switch cabinet must not tilt when you open it.
1) Make cutout(s) and drillings for the cooling unit, if not already provided in the switch
cabinet (see drawing on accompanying sheet).
2) Screw the two supplied stud bolts into the two top fastening points of the cooling unit.
CAUTION:
Pay attention to the label "thread reach for setscrew". If the thread reach is exceeded parts
in the cooling unit may be damaged.
3) Place sealing strips along the cutouts of the switch cabinet (see supplement) or place
profile strip into the cutouts. The strip doubles as edge protection.
Arrange the sealing strips so that the butt joints are located at the bottom.
4) Thread power and control cables through the air inlet opening into the switch cabinet.
5) Attach the cooling unit to the switch cabinet by using the stud bolts.
6) Fasten the cooling unit from the inside of the switch cabinet using the screws and nuts
supplied.
Tighten until the sealing is pressed together to 2 mm.
7) Install the condensate drainage hose which must be inclined downward!
8) Connect the cooling unit to power supply (see section 8.4).
