NTRODUCTION
The FS-24s-CONSOLE is used only if the Console-320
(art.320) is not at one's disposal. It is used for
autonomously commanding only the 24-second FS-24s-
H20 shot clocks (for basketball) or the 30-second KIT-
FS-30s shot clocks (for water polo). If used for
commanding the FS-24s-1/2/3
second shot clocks will be visualized on these models,
while the game time will remain switched off.

URPOSE
This manual is for users and describes how the FS-24s-
Console operates.

AFETY WARNING
• Before making any repairs to the product, make sure
the power supply cable has been disconnected.
• Do not expose the product to heat sources or to water
(rain).
• Do not crush, pull, bend, excessively twist or modify
the power supply cable. Also, do not use the power
cable if it has been damaged.
• When not in use always unplug the product from the
electrical power supply or battery source.

UARANTEE
The guarantee is good for two years starting from the
date of purchase (see documentation) and includes free
repair for any defects in materials or construction. The
guarantee does not include shipping costs.

ISPOSAL OF PRODUCT
Please dispose of your product in a manner most
compatible with the environment and in accordance with
federal or state laws, reusing parts and recycling
components and materials when possible.
When this crossed-out waste bin symbol is attached to a
product it signifies the product should be disposed of in a
separate container from other waste.
The sorted waste collection of the present device is
organized and managed by the manufacturer.
Users who wish to dispose of their present device should
contact the manufacturer and follow the procedure
indicated for separate waste collection.
Ensuring proper sorted waste collection, in accordance
with environmental standards, for the disposal of further
devices helps to protect the environment and the health
of persons from any damaging effects. It also favors the
reuse and recycling
sanctions, in accordance with regulations in effect, will be
applied for any improper or abusive disposal of the
product on part of the holder.

2.7 P
RODUCT DESCRIPTION
For wall power, use the adapter (100-240V) supplied with
the console (art.234).
For battery power, use an optional 12V battery (art.828-
A); it typically lasts over 180 hours.
We recommend recharging it after every use with the
appropriate battery recharger (art.829): do not leave the
battery discharged because damage may ensue.

ONNECTIONS
To install FS-24s panel serial data cables, please see the
relative manual. The following connectors for connecting
with external devices are located on the back of the
Console (see Fig. 1):
a. The Console power socket "Power IN", where the
supplied adapter output is plugged in (art.234).
b. The "External Switches Console" input, similar to
that of a 6-wire telephone jack (RJ-11), for connecting
to an external console for managing attack time
(Time-Console-03).
c. Two identical serial outputs ("Serial Data Output") for
8-wire telephone jacks (RJ-45) through which the data
is transmitted to the panel displays.
