CONDENSATE DISCHARGE

IMPORTANT: The condensate can must be emptied at the end
of every working day.
DANGER: Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has
only ju st shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
Condensate discharge occurs automatically every 7 minutes. The yellow
TEST PURGE pushbutton (a) must be pressed every day to make sure that
the discharge valve is working properly.
The condensate is collected in a can (b); periodically check this can to
prevent overfill and consequent leakage of the condensate liquid. To empty
the can remove the condensate drain hose (c), empty the can and collect
the condensate in a container; re-insert the hose (c) and put the can back
in its housing.
An outflow of condensate water with lubricating oil is normal during refills:
the quantity will depend on the level of humidity in the air.
Condensate must be disposed of according to the instructions shown in
section "9.1 Waste disposal".

7.10 PURGE DE L'EAU DE CONDENSATION
MISE EN GARDE : Le bidon de l'eau de condensation doit être
vidé avant chaque nouvelle journée de travail.
DANGER : Ne jamais effectuer ces opérations juste après avoir
éteint le compresseur ; attendre que ce dernier refroidisse.
Effectuer les opérations d'entretien uniquement si le
compresseur est éteint et la prise de courant débranchée de
l'alimentation secteur.
La purge de l'eau de condensation a lieu automatiquement toutes les 7
minutes. Le bouton jaune "TEST PURGE" (a) doit être utilisé tous les jours
pour vérifier le déclenchement effectif de la soupape de purge.
L'eau de condensation est collectée dans un bidon (b): contrôler le bidon
périodiquement avant d'éviter son remplissage et par conséquent toute
fuite de liquide. Pour vider le bidon détacher le tuyau (c), vider le bidon et
collecter l'eau de condensation dans un récipient
prévu à cet effet ; remettre le tuyau (c) et placer de nouveau le bidon dans
son logement.
La sortie d'eau de condensation avec de l'huile lubrifiante est normale
durant les recharges : sa quantité dépend du pourcentage d'humidité de
l'air.
Éliminer l'eau de condensation en respectant les instructions fournies au
paragraphe "9.1 Élimination des déchets".
