Description
The SIPVP valves are pneumatically-operated vacuum
valves which are compact and lightweight. They are
designed for long and trouble-free operation. The SIPVP
valve enclosure provides protection to IP55 (as defined
by IEC 529).
The SIPVP valves are designed to minimise pressure
pulsations of gas in your vacuum pipeline. If you install
and operate your SIPVP valve as described in
you can prolong the operational life of your vacuum
pipeline and minimise the movement of particulates in
the pipeline.

The SIPVP valve has a slave valve (A) and a master valve
(B). You can operate these valves independently, as
follows:
When both the slave and master valves are closed,
one side of the vacuum pipeline connected to the
SIPVP valve is isolated from the other side.
When only the slave valve is open, a low flow rate
of gas (bypass flow) can flow between the two sides
of the vacuum pipeline through the restrictors (16).
When both the slave and master valves are open,
gas can flow freely from one side of the vacuum
pipeline to the other side through the in-line ports
(15) on the master valve.

Beschreibung
Die SIPVP-Ventile sind pneumatisch betriebene
kompakte Vakuumventile von geringem Gewicht. Sie
sind für einen langen und problemfreien Betrieb
ausgelegt. Das Gehäuse des PVPK-Ventils entspricht der
Schutzart IP55 (gemäß der Definition in IEC 529).
Die SIPVP-Ventile sind zur Reduzierung von
Gasdruckstößen in Ihrer Vakuumleitung ausgelegt.

Wenn Sie Ihr SIPVP-Ventil so installieren und einsetzen
wie in

beschrieben, dann können Sie die
Betriebsdauer Ihrer Vakuumleitung verlängern und den
Transport von Feststoffen in der Leitung auf ein
Mindestmaß reduzieren.

Das SIPVP Ventil besteht aus einem Nebenventil (A) und
einem Hauptventil (B). Diese Ventile können
unabhängig von- einander betrieben werden, und zwar
wie folgt:
Wenn sowohl Neben- als auch Hauptventil
geschlossen sind, ist die Vakuumleitung, in die das
SIPVP Ventil eingebaut ist, abgesperrt.
Wenn nur das Nebenventil geöffnet ist, kann ein
geringer Gasstrom (Bypass) über die
Durchflußbegrenzer (16) durch die Vakuumleitung
strömen.
Wenn sowohl Neben- als auch Hauptventil geöffnet
sind, kann das Gas frei durch die Inline-Öffnungen
(15) des Hauptventils durch die Vakuumleitung
fließen.

Les vannes SIPVP sont des vannes pneumatiques
d'isolement. Elles sont à la fois compactes et légères.
Elles sont conçues pour offrir une longue durée de vie
sans aucun problème. Leur coffret offre une protection

vanne principale (B). Vous pouvez faire fonctionner ces
vannes indépendamment l'une de l'autre, en procédant
comme suit:

fermées, la premiere partie de la canalisation
reliée à la vanne est isolée de la deuxième partie.

gazeux à faible débit (flux de by-pass) peut circuler
entre les deux côtés de la canalisation de vide, en
passant par les réducteurs (16).
Lorsque la vanne asservie et la vanne principale
sont ouvertes, un flux gazeux peut circuler
librement d'un côté de la canalisation de vide à
l'autre, grâce à des passages droits (15) implantés
sur la vanne principale.
