using the "CRISP" function

This function enables you to combine the chosen cooking

of the cooking cycle, which is achieved via the activation of the
grill for the last five minutes of the sequence.
This is only active during for the following cooking functions:
.
This function may be programmed at the start of cooking by ad-
ding five minutes to the cooking time or simply at the end
of the cooking session by turning the function selector to
"CRISP".
• Set the chosen cooking mode and possibly adjust the temperature.
• Turn the programme selector to the "CRISP" position. The co-
oking time will start flashing and will display 0:05 (this time set-
ting corresponds to the minimum time required to activate the
"CRISP" function in the chosen cooking sequence).
• Turn the adjustment knob and adjust the total cooking time.
This cooking time is automatically recorded after a few se-
conds and the display stops flashing.
• After these three steps, the oven begins heating up and a ho-
rizontal bar on the display under the word "CRISP" lights up,
showing you that this function is active.
Five minutes before the end of cooking, the "CRISP" indicator
starts flashing.
Avoid placing your dishes too close to the grill or your dish
may brown too quickly. Use the first or second runner level
(from the bottom).
