3.1 - 24V Inputs/Outputs
This area represents the 24 volt Inputs/Outputs of the tightening controller: they are available in read-only mode.
A station includes 14 inputs of 24 volts which are in read only mode.

3.2 - Network Inputs/Outputs

The following functions: "start cycle", "rotation direction", "report requested", "emergency stop", "Reset" and "error
acknowledge" are available via DEVICE NET and they have the same functions as the 24V inputs.

3.3 - Input mask

The masks are used to inhibit or validate the functions of the maskable inputs.
The use of masks is useful only with a tightening controller without ISaGRAF application.
A tightening controller with an ISaGRAF application will be able to re-define its network inputs/outputs.
Example:
To authorize the "Start cycle" function via field bus network and inhibit the function via the 24V input, you must set the input
mask to 0x0020 (bit no. 5 positioned).
When an input can be accessed both via network and via 24V input, then an "OR" function is performed between the network
input and the 24V input.
