The stove, the chimney and, in general, the whole installation, must be cleaned completely at least once a year or when necessary
(depending on the working hours). The faulty of maintenance shall invalidate the warranty of the product.
WARNING!! Maintenance and servicing operations must be done when the stove is cold and disconnected of the network.
These tasks are not covered by the warranty.
BURNER CLEANING
The burner cleaning must be made daily by vacuum the ashes, and depending on the dirtiness appeared on the burner holes, if these are
blocked a deeper clean must be made. To do it follows the next steps:
• First of all, remove the cast iron grill.
• Remove the burner unscrewing the two holder screws and unblock the holes helped by a sharp item.
• Hoover the ashes which are inside the burner place.
• Replace the pieces in their position.
You can buy a Bronpi vacuum-cleaner in the same Bronpi distributor where you bought your stove.
SCRAPER USE
The smoke chamber cleaning allows guarantee the thermal power is constant during a long time. This operation must be made at least once
a day. To do it just use the scrapers placed on the top of the stove, moving up to down and vice versa several times.
CLEANING THE ASH PAN
The ash pan should be emptied when necessary. The stove should not be working without having the ash pan inside. When cleaning the ash
pan, pay attention to the ramp of unburned evacuation of the burner, to avoid the blockage of it and cleaning it correctly.
JOINTS OF THE COMBUSTION DOOR AND THE GLASS FIBER
The joints guarantee stove hermetic nature and, thus, a proper performance.
It is necessary to check them regularly; if they are worn-out or damaged they should be replaced immediately. You can find ceramic cord
and self-adhesive fibre in the same Bronpi distributor where you bought your thermo-stove.
These operations should be done exclusively by an authorised technician.
An authorised technician must do the maintenance at least once a year.
