TROUBLESHOOTING

TROUBLE
After having turned the ignition
switch (5, Fig. B) to ST position,
the machine does not start.
The side brush does not operate.
The machine operates only when
stationary, otherwise the red
warning light turns on.
The battery autonomy is low.
The machine collects little
debris/dust.
When the forward/reverse gear
pedal is pushed the machine
does not move, or it moves
slowly
The waste container does not lift.

REMEDY
Check that the battery connector
(2, Fig. U) is properly connected.
Check that the emergency
push-button (7, Fig. B) has been
reset (turned clockwise) after it
had been pressed.
Check the fuses (8, Fig. B)
integrity.
Check the fuses (8, Fig. B)

Recharge the battery.
Install a battery with greater
capacity. (Min. 360 Ah).
Check that the suction is open,
using the push-button (21, Fig.
B).
Check that the front skirt is open
using the lever (18, Fig. B).
Check that the dust filter (10,
Fig. C) is not clogged.
Check that the waste container
(9, Fig. C) is not full.
Check that the skirts (16, 17, 18,
19, Fig. C) are not broken or
excessively worn.
Check the correct height of the
brushes (6, 7, Fig. C).
Check that the handbrake (9
with 10, Fig. B) has been
released.
Check that the lever (8, Fig. U)
for deactivating the pump to
push/tow the machine is in
position (a) shown in figure S.
Check the hydraulic oil level
using the dipstick (11, Fig. U).
Check the hydraulic oil level

SCRAPPING

Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.
Before scrapping the machine, remove the following
components:
Battery
Polyester dust filter
Main and side brushes
Electronic boards and material
Hydraulic oil
Plastic components and pipes
CAUTION!
The removed components must be
disposed of properly according to the Law
in force.
