15. Cleaning

DANGER!
Risk of electric shock!
Risk of injury from electric shock due to live parts.
 Unplug the mains adapter from the socket before
you start cleaning the device.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Risk of damage to the device due to improper use of
the device.
 Only use a dry, soft cloth to clean the device. In case
of stubborn dirt, you can use a slightly damp cloth
with a mild cleaning agent.
Do not use chemical solutions or cleaning products
because these may damage the device's surface and/
or markings.
 Make sure that no liquid gets inside the under
cabinet radio.

16. Troubleshooting

If the device is malfunctioning, this may be due to electrostatic discharge.
 In this case, unplug the mains adapter from the socket.
 Reconnect the device to the power supply. This will reset the device.
PROBLEM
The device
cannot be
switched on.
Radio reception
and automatic
time/station
saving are not
working.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The mains adapter is
not connected.
The station signals
are too weak.
REMEDY
 Check that the mains adapter is
connected.
 Set the time/station manually if
necessary.
 Move the radio to a different
location or change the direction
of the antenna to improve the
reception, if required.
