8.2 CLEANING THE BLADE

WARNING! WEAR SAFETY GLOVES WHEN WORKING ON THE
CUTTING DEVICE AND CLOSE TO IT! USE APPROPRIATE TOOLS TO
REMOVE DEBRIS, E.G. A BRUSH OR WOODEN STICK! NEVER USE
YOUR BARE HANDS! THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CUTTING DEVICE
SHOULD BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED SPECIALIST! REWORK OR
SHARPENING BLADES IS NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS IT IS DONE
BY A REPAIR SERVICE OR A SIMILARLY QUALIFIED SPECIALIST!
Keep the blade 2 clean and free of debris. Remove trimmings. Apply a small amount of lubricant
(resin cleaner) on the blade 2 to retain a good cutting performance. Keep the blade 2 sharp.
Have a worn or damaged cutting device replaced with a new one of the same type by a qualified
specialist.
