Plug out the battery from the machine.

Before long storage please ensure the battery charged in accordance with the instructions
provided on battery instruction manual. Follow all instructions given on chapter storage
below. We recommend using the original package for storage or covering the product with a
suitable cloth or enclosure to protect it against dust.

Only store the machine and the battery in a clean, dry, ventilated place with a temperature range

of 4°C to 24°C and where the trimmer cannot be easily accessed by children or untrustworthy
foes. Cover it in order to provide added protection. We recommend using the original package
for storage or covering the product with a suitable cloth or enclosure to protect it against dust.
Be sure to secure the unit while transporting.

7.1 STORE THE MACHINE

Disconnect the battery from the machine. Let the machine cool for 2 hours outside before
storing it. Install the blade cover to avoid the sharp blade being touched by children or persons
unfamiliar with this product. Examine the unit thoroughly for worn, loose or damaged parts.
Clean the unit before storing. Do not expose the product to sunlight. Make sure the product is

always protected from cold and humidity.

Wipe off the housing and the plastic components using a moist, soft cloth. Do not use strong
solvents or detergents on the plastic housing or plastic components. Certain household
cleaners may cause damage, and may cause a shock hazard.
DANGER! RISK OF INJURY DUE TO ELECTRIC SHOCK.
REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK BEFORE ADJUSTING, INSPECTING,
CLEANING OR STORING THE PRODUCT.
