7.5 Warranty and Repair

7.5.1 Maintenance Method
Repair service: Including telephone support, field inspecting, fittings replacement.

Telephone support: we can give guidance to customer's engineer in inspecting the instrument when you

dial our service line. Professional repair engineer online provides technical support.
Field inspecting: we will send engineers to repair the instrument if necessary. Certified engineers of our
o
company or local repair team trained by our company provide this service.
Fittings replacement: if necessary, we will replace the damaged fittings according to warranty. The
o
damaged fittings should be returned to us where possible
7.5.2 Exempt and limitation
1. Our company will not be responsible for such damage caused by force of nature. For example: fire,
thunder flash, flood, cyclone, hail, earthquake, house collapse, civil commotion, aircraft/traffic accident,
deliberate damage, lack of fuel or water.
2. Items not covered.
The cost and insurance charge of disassembling, refurbishing, repackaging and conveying of the oximeter
or the part of it if damage or loss sustained is due to inspection or repair by other than those certified.
Damage and failure caused by user or representative not using the device according to the operator's
manual.
3. The damage or lose sustained due to connection to peripheral equipment (such as printer, computer etc.),
not provided by our company are not covered by the warranty.
4. Responsibility limitation
The warranty is invalid, if user changes the parts manufactured or uses parts by other manufacturers
without our company permission, our company is entitled to cancel contract.
7.5.3 User Guarantees
1. Please read user manual carefully before operation
2. Please operate and make daily maintenance as described in the manual and guarantee
3. Power supply and environment must be maintained according to the manual specifications.
7.5.4 Not covered by guarantee.
If device does not remain in original condition.

If shell of the device is breached or cracked.

Evidence of water damage.
o
Accessories damaged or appearance of physical abuse.

Evidence of crushing damage to the probe.

Original Packaging for transportation is not used.
o
Unauthorized service is performed on oximeter.
o
Damage to a product as a result of not conforming to manual specifications.
o
The work environment is not suitable.
o
Smears or marks caused to the instrument that cannot be removed from the outside surface of the

instrument.
The circuit is shorted due to liquid damage to the instrument or its fittings.

All probes and its accessories are not covered by free replacement.

Code label/serial number is damaged or missing; this warranty shall become null and void.

Damage of probe due to undue force in uses or while being changed.

7.5.5 User's Special Request for Guarantee Time
The warranty period is one year, accessories - three months.
7.5.6 Repackage for return
Take all the accessories and place them in plastic cover.

Use original package and packing material.

Please retain guarantee list and invoice copy within the guarantee period.

Please describe failure/problem in detail and return this with oximeter.
