Frame kit used either as a shoulder (right- or left-hand side) or as a cross-piece
for ultimateSAM with bottom steam feed (SAB*). Example: kit SAKFF0G000 is
a 1305 mm shoulder with 17 holes, and can be used as:
Cross-piece (top side) on ultimateSAM with bottom steam feed (SAB*)
both with 17 nozzles (pitch 76 mm) or 9 nozzles (pitch 152 mm);
Shoulder (right- or left-hand side) for uprights with 64 nozzles (height code
"G").
