10. Programming

No more than 10 seconds must be between two pushes of a button; otherwise,
the input will not be accepted and an error message will be output (yellow LED
flashes 5x and 5 sound signals are audible).
a) Start Programming Mode
The master code in the basic setting is „0000". To start the programming mode, enter
the master code, then push the star button.

For safety reasons, we urgently recommend changing the master code; see
chapter 10. c).
After changing of the master code, you have to enter the new master code, of
course, to start the programming mode.
After starting the programming mode, the yellow LED is lit permanently. Then you can
perform the programming described in the following.
b) Switching the Operating Mode

When switching between the two operating modes, all user codes are deleted
and the code lock is reset to the basic settings.
The master code is retained, however. It is not reset. Therefore, always observe
that the master code has 4 digits when switching from the operating mode
„Multi-User" to the operating mode „Single-User"!
