12.2 ALIGN - Vertical (Alignment)

12.2.1 Setup/process

The laser system Vision 2N ALIGN with the detector TE 90 ALIGN
can be used in vertical operation and for flush alignment.
To do this, place the laser on a stand, the ground or a batter board,
for example, as described in Section 2. The example of use batter
board is explained in the following.
Set up the laser based on Figure 2 so that the vertical laser level is
aligned flush above the nail.
Move detector TE 90 ALIGN to the required target point. Align the
detector in such a way that the logo "TE 90 ALIGN" can be read
when upright. (The orientation of the detector can also be changed
in the detector menu page 51).
Note:
(1) Set up the detector as far away as possible from the ground
(at least 10 cm, better 100 cm). The greater the distance the
greater the wireless range. The detector must be within the
search range of the laser (+/9°).
(2) While searching for the detector, changes may occur in the ro-
tation speed and in the blanking zones.
