5. CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS
5.1 Handlebar hook (Fig. 50-51-52)
e handlebar is blocked in the vertical, riding
position by the hook (H). Before riding:
•
Check that the two spring (M) push po-
werfully the hook (H) against the handlebar
stem (P).
•
Check that the hook adheres completely and
without slack to the handlebar stem (P), as
shown in Fig. 50;
Never ride the motorbike is the handlebar hook
is in one of the wrong positions shown in Fig. 50
and 51 or if the springs push the hook weakly or
wrongly.
If the hook is in the wrong position shown in
Fig. 50 (i.e. the hook does not adhere comple-
tely to the stem) or in Fig. 51 (i.e. there is a play
between the hook and the stem (P)), readjust
the hook to the right position, shown in Fig. 50,
as follows:
•
Loosen the screw (A)
•
Turn the eccentric ring (B) in one or in the
other way, for a fraction of turn, until the
hook (H) reaches the position shown in
Fig.50;
•
Tighten the screw (A)
•
Check again for the proper position of the
hook (H) by folding and unfolding the
handlebar.
If the springs (M) push the hook (H) weakly,
replace them.

5.1 Schnapper am Lenker (Abb. 50-51-52)
Der Lenker wird durch den Schnapphaken (H)
in senkrechter Position gehalten.
Vor dem Anlassen des Mopeds:
•
Prüfen Sie, ob die zwei Federn (M) den
Schnapper (H) krä ig genug gegen das
Bauelement (P) des Lenkers drücken.
•
Prüfen Sie, ob der Schnapper (H), wie in
Abb. 50 dargestellt, vollständig und ohne
Spiel an Bauelement (P) anliegt.
Das Moped nicht verwenden, wenn sich der
Schnapper an der Lenkerstange in einer der in
Abb. 51 und 52 dargestellten Fehlpositionen
be ndet oder die Federn unzureichenden Druck
auf den Schnapper ausüben.
Bewegt sich der Schnapper in die in Abb. 51
oder 52 dargestellte Fehlposition (liegt er also
nicht vollständig am Bauelement (P) des Len-
kers an oder besteht Spiel zum Bauelement
(P)), stellen Sie die in Abb. 50 gezeigte korrekte
Position wie folgt ein:
•
Schraube (A) lösen.
•
Den Exzenterring (B) den Bruchteil einer
Drehung nach links oder rechts drehen, bis
sich der Schnapper (H) in der in Abb. 50 ge-
zeigten Position be ndet.
•
Schraube (A) festziehen.
•
Den Lenker erneut zusammenklappen und
wieder ö nen, um die korrekte Position des
Schnappers zu überprüfen.
Üben die Federn (M) keinen ausreichenden
Druck auf den Schnapper (H) aus, sind die Fe-
dern zu ersetzen.

5. CONTROLES ET REGLAGES
5.1 Crochet du guidon (Fig. 50-51-52)
Le guidon est bloqué en position verticale par
le crochet (H).
Avant de partir:
•
Véri ez que les deux ressorts (M) poussent
e cacement le crochet (H) contre la colon-
ne (P) du guidon.
•
Véri ez que le crochet (H) soit en contact
complet et sans jeu avec la colonne (P), com-
me montré en Fig. 50.
Ne conduisez jamais le cyclomoteur si le crochet
du guidon est dans une des positions déréglées
montrées en Fig. 51 et 52 ou si les ressorts pous-
sent faiblement ou mal le crochet.
Si le crochet est dans la position déréglée mon-
trée en Fig. 51 (c.à.d. le crochet n' e st pas com-
plètement engagé à la colonne (P) du guidon)
ou en g. 52 (c.à.d. il y a du jeu entre le crochet
et la colonne (P)), rétablissez la position cor-
recte, montrée en Fig. 50, comme suit:
•
Desserrez la vis (A)
•
Faites tourner la rondelle excentrée (B), dans
un sens ou dans l'autre, pour une fraction de
tour, jusqu'à ce que le crochet (H) se place
comme montré en Fig. 50
•
Bloquez à nouveau la vis (A)
•
Contrôlez à nouveau si la position du cro-
chet (H) est correcte en pliant et dépliant le
guidon.
Si les ressorts (M) poussent le crochet faible-
ment, remplacez les.

5.1 Gancho del manillar (Fig. 50-51-52)
El manillar está bloqueado en posición vertical
por el gancho (H).
Antes de poner en marcha el ciclomotor:
•
Compruebe que los dos resortes (M) em-
pujen e cazmente el gancho (H) hacia la
pieza (P) del manillar.
•
Compruebe que el gancho (H) quede to-
talmente sujeto a la pieza (P) tal y como se
muestra en la g. 50.
No conduzca el ciclomotor si el gancho del ma-
nillar asume una de las posiciones erróneas que
se muestran en las guras 51 y 52 o bien si los
resortes no empujan adecuadamente el gancho.
Si el gancho asume la posición errónea de la g.
51 (es decir, que el gancho no está completa-
mente sujeto a la pieza (P) del manillar) o de la
g. 52 [es decir, que el gancho queda un poco
suelto con respecto a la pieza (P)], restablezca
la posición correcta que se muestra en la g. 50
de la siguiente manera:
•
A oje el tornillo (A).
•
Haga girar el anillo excéntrico (B) en un sen-
tido o en el otro una fracción de vuelta hasta
que el gancho (H) asuma la posición que se
muestra en la g. 50.
•
Apriete el tornillo (A).
•
Vuelva a plegar y desplegar el manillar para
controlar si la posición del gancho es cor-
recta.
Sustituya los resortes (M) si no empujan el gan-
cho (H) con fuerza.
