 Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles when handling chemicals.
 When handling chemicals, observe the safety notes and the dosage recommendations on

Use only products that are suitable for commercial warewashers.
We recommend Miele products. These are especially adapted to Miele warewashers.

INFO A transfer strip is available for connecting external dosing devices ( 17).
8.1 Changing the chemical product (rinse aid or detergent)
Possible risk of damage to the dosing device
Do not mix different products. Crystallisation can destroy the dosing device.
Caution
As a rule, a new product requires that the dosing device be rinsed with water and re-configured.
 To attain good wash results, assign the required work to an authorised service technician.
If the chemical product is dosed from external containers, rinse the dosing hoses and the dosing device us-
ing water.
Rinsing the dosing tubes and the dosing device with water
 Wear protective clothing, protective gloves and protective goggles when handling chemicals.
 When handling chemicals, observe the safety notes and the dosage recommendations on
the packaging and the safety data sheets.
Danger
 Remove the suction tube from the container and place it in a water-filled container.
 Accessing "Priming" menu ( 6.3.2).
 Press and hold button 1 or 2 to rinse the dosing tubes and the detergent dosing device with water.
 Place suction tube in the new container.
 Press and hold button 1 or 2 to replace the water in the dosing hoses with the chemical product.
