Commissioning the radio system
First of all, place the radio receiver onto the plug-in socket, ensuring

exact positioning on the board. Then connect the green-yellow wires
of the radio receiver to one of the earth conductor terminals (this con-
nection serves as a receiving antenna and is necessary for safe opera-
tion of the receiver).

Registering the TouchControl on the radio receiver

First of all, press the button on the radio receiver. The light diode on
UP

the radio receiver will illuminate. Press the TouchControl STOP button
within 20 seconds in order to teach the receiver the transmitter code.

Completion of the teach-in procedure is indicated by the light diode on
the radio receiver going out. The awning can now be controlled via the
UP, DOWN and STOP buttons.
The position of the sliding switch (manual/automatic) is not relevant for
the teach-in procedure.
Installing the TouchControl
During the operation of radio transmitters, impairment of the radio
functions due to external influences cannot be ruled out. Therefore,
check that the TouchControl operates faultlessly at the desired instal-
lation location, in order to ensure activation of the installed control unit.
Remove the transmitter from the wall mounting by pulling it from the
bottom. The mounting is fixed to the wall with two screws. The
TouchControl is then placed onto the wall mounting.
The TouchControl has 3 buttons (UP, DOWN and STOP).

The coloured side strips on the TouchControl can be removed from
the sides and replaced, allowing colour-matching of the TouchControl
unit. With both side strips, the normal dimension of an electrical switch
of 80 x 80 mm is obtained, and the TouchControl in the mounting looks
like a normal surface switch.
