Pot

The XL pot with Smart Sensor tech-
nology is made from stainless steel
and features intelligent temperature
sensors.
The scale on the inside indicates the
minimum and maximum capacity.
The contact pins on the underside
connect the pot to the main unit. The
SensorSpot on the rear is a sticker
that is necessary for correct temper-
ature measurement.

3D stirrer ¡ Stir, mix, heat and cook food
that is liquid to thick in con-
sistency, e.g. stews, soups
and pot roasts.
¡ Heat up food quickly and
evenly.
¡ Fry chopped food.
Twin whisk ¡ Mix and heat food, e.g. roux
and béchamel sauce.
¡ Emulsify (blend together) in-
gredients, e.g mayonnaise.
¡ Mix in finely grained or
powdery ingredients, e.g.
polenta, custard powder.
¡ Mix light dough, e.g. sponge
mixture.
¡ Beat egg whites and cream.
Drive shaft Insert drive shaft to use the re-
versible slicing disc or revers-
ible shredding disc.
Reversible Cut food into thick or thin slices,
slicing disc e.g. fruit or vegetables.
Note: The reversible slicing
disc is not suitable for cutting
up hard cheese, bread, rolls or
chocolate.
Reversible Grate food coarsely or finely,
grating disc e.g. fruit, vegetables or cheese.
Note: The reversible grating
