Montage de l'aspirateur
Pour améliorer les conditions d'affûtage, il est recommandé d'équiper la machine CG30 d'un aspirateur livrable en
option (consulter le distributeur Gravograph).
Important !
Mettre la machine hors tension.
1 - Retirer le capot de la meule et la meule.
2 - Retirer le capot de protection du moteur de la meule : dévisser les 4 vis de fixation.
3 - Défoncer la pastille se trouvant sur la gauche du capot.
4 - Engager le tuyau d'aspiration dans le trou, suivant les guides internes.
5 - Pousser le tuyau en butée contre le trou opposé.
6 - Remonter le capot de protection du moteur de la meule.
7 - Couper la languette du capot de la meule.
8 - Remonter la meule et le capot de la meule.
Assembling the chip extractor system
In order to improve the grinding conditions, you are advised to fit the CG30 with a chip extractor available as an option
from your Gravograph dealer.
Important !
Switch the machine off.
1 - Remove the grinding wheel cover.
2 - Remove the protective housing from the wheel motor and loosen the 4 mounting screws.
3 - Punch out the cap located on the left of the housing.
4 - Insert the pipe into the hole following the guides.
5 - Push the pipe through until it blocks against the opposite hole.
6 - Replace the protective wheel motor housing.
7 - Remove the tab on the wheel cover.
8 - Replace the wheel cover.
Montage der Absaugvorrichtung
Um die Bedingungen für den Schleifvorgang zu verbessern, wird empfohlen, die Maschine CG30 mit einer
Absaugvorrichtung zu versehen, die zusätzlich geliefert werden kann (wenden Sie sich hierfür an Ihren Gravograph-
Vertriebshändler).
Wichtig !
Schalten Sie die Maschine aus.
1 - Entfernen Sie die Haube über der Schleifscheibe.
2 - Entfernen Sie die Schutzhaube des Motors : lösen Sie die 4 Befestigungsschrauben.
3 - Drücken Sie das Plättchen ein, das sich links an der Haube befindet.
4 - In diese Öffnung führen Sie den Absaugschlauch entlang den inneren Führungen ein.
5 - Schieben Sie den Schlauch so weit hinein, daß er an die gegenüberliegende Öffnung anstößt.
6 - Setzen Sie die Schutzhaube des Motors wieder auf.
7 - Schneiden Sie die Lasche an der Haube über der Schleifscheibe ab.
8 - Setzen Sie die Haube wieder über die Schleifscheibe.
