9. Dust bag and filter

DANGER! Risk of injury!
Turn off the vacuum cleaner and unplug
the mains plug before replacing or
cleaning dust bags or filters.
WARNING! Risk of material dam-
age!
When vacuuming, use all of the filters
and a dust bag at all times.
9.1 Dust bag
NOTE: 1 Replacement dust bag is included
with this device on delivery.
Afterwards use Swirl
this device.
Dust bag indicator 
If the dust bag indicator 2 is coloured, the
dust bag must be replaced.
Please note the following:
-
The dust bag indicator 2 can be filled
quickly if the vacuum cleaner gets stuck
to textiles while vacuuming.

If the dust bag indicator 2 is permanently
filled but the dust bag is not filled: switch
off the vacuum cleaner, pull out the mains
plug 20 and check whether there is a
blockage in the hose 1 or in the nozzle.
Remove them if necessary.

The dust bag indicator 2 is set up for
common household dust made up of
carpet fluff, hair and sand. Fluff from
carpet or wool may cause the dust bag
to be full even though the display does
not indicate this. Change the dust bag
in any case.

Changing the dust bag

1. Press the release button 5 upwards to-
wards the lid and fold up the lid 3 until
it clicks into place.
2. Lift the dust bag holder out of the vacu-
um cleaner.
3. Close the opening of the dust bag: hold
the dust bag holder with one hand and
pull the bag out a little bit. Fold down
the tab.
4. Pull the dust bag out of the dust bag
holder. Keep the tab closed.
5. Push a new dust bag all the way into
the dust bag holder.
